About Me

Bunni Sek is one of the original Freedom Writers based on the bestselling book and movie "The Freedom Writers Diary." With over 10 years of experience working with youths, she has mentored hundreds of students and has provided exceptional leadership skills. Growing up in the tough streets of Long Beach, California, Bunni's resilience towards adversity and intolerance has lead her to become an advocate for change. Some of her experiences includes facilitating teachers workshops, public speaking on educational reform, ambassador for tolerance, recipient of the Spirit of Anne Frank Award, and a special co-guest on "The View" t.v. show. The experience of having her life change through hope, Bunni has devoted her life to enhancing other people's quality of life. Now as a Certified Hypnotherapist, she is looking forward to extending the same principal of hope and change on a therapeutic level. Her approach in healing is that of a devoted and committed mentor. Empathetic in nature, Bunni is the perfect therapist because the change you seek is her personal goal.
