NLP as a field is so broad and deep that it is simpler and easier to APPLY NLP than it is to describe it! What i love about NLP is that most thinking people are really already "doing" NLP without realizing it. Once they learn how to consciously use language and thinking to achieve what they want, those skills become a natural part of their success and wellbeing.
