Using the power of your unconscious mind and imagination allows for a more integrated approach for success. You, your personal challenges are unique, so sessions are designed just for you. You will also receive custom CD’s to provide support as you learn to be more conscious about food in your daily life.
This is not another diet or exercise program. It is about empowerment…changing your thinking, habits and approach to problem solving by integrating parts and discovering a new form of commitment. You are also welcome to return for additional sessions if you need extra support.
